17:81 “And say: “Truth has (now) arrived, and Falsehood perished: for Falsehood is (by its nature) bound to perish.”
“In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful. This is a letter from Muhammad (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam), the Arab Ummi Prophet, of Tihamah, Battha, Makkah, Madinah, the Qurayshite, the Hashemite, the OWNER of the Throne and the Staff, the Rod and the She-camel, THE QUR’AN and the Qiblah; the Bringer of “There is no other deity except Allah (La ilaha illallah)…” (Luminaries of Islam, Dr. Arafat K. El-Ashi, p. 107).
Background:
What is the difference between the following:
A. Wahi,
B. Al-Qur’an Al-Karim,
C. the Kitab Allah.
A. Wahi is Allah’s Own Revelation, it is a vibrational frequency described by Al Azhar from traditions in Bukhari as “sounds, like the buzzing of bees.” It cannot be described in words beyond that. It was sent upon the Seal of Prophets and became audible to him via Gabriel. The word Wahi, or revelation, is referenced several times in the Holy Qur’an, including Surah Najm. 53:4 “It is only an (Wahyi) Revelation that is revealed (yuha)”
B. Al-Qur’an literally translates to mean “the recitation”, or more specifically, Muhammad the Prophet’s recitation, in Arabic, of the Wahi, revelation. According to research, the word “Qur’an” appears 70 times in the Holy Qur’an text.
C. Kitab Allah literally translates to the ‘Book of God’. A book is a written or printed work consisting of pages glued or sewn together along one side and bound in covers. A book, or Kitab is referred to in the second verse of Surah Al Baqarah, 2:02 “This is the Book about which there is no doubt”.
Comment: Given all of his letters to world leaders are documented, with his stamped seal, and the Constitution of Madinah was documented, his treaties documented, his giving amnesty to the Monks of St. Catherine’s documented and signed, and the fact that the first generation of the illustrious companions, Allah be well pleased with them all, in fact had the resources to compile and complete without error, a unanamiously agreed upon, cover to cover, book edition of the Holy Qur’an, on parchment, without missing a single one of its 320,015 letters, found in its 6236 (Kufic codex) verses, without the slightest error, and also keeping intact, without error its mathematical and numerical miracles (ABJAD) without the slightest error by even a single letter, available to date for all mankind to see in museums around the world, referred to as the ‘Samarkand codex’, something’s not adding up.
As a journalist, it is very difficult, nearly improbable, for me to just ‘accept’ there was no earlier compilation in book form of the recitations of the final revelation by the Seal of Prophets, checked meticulously and approved by the Messenger of Allah himself. For instance, if ‘Ali did not have any other teachers, who taught him to read and write with such eloquence and who trained him to become the founder of Arabic calligraphy? Who taught ‘Ali poetry? Who taught Al Hasan and Al Husayn to read and write? How did Al Hasan make a treaty with Muawiyya, and how did Al Husayn read the hundreds of letters from the people of Kufa? Who taught the Mother of the Believers Lady Ayesha to read and write? She remained with the Holy Prophet the most number of years from the youngest age, and is the source of virtually the vast majority of Sunni Islamic law derived from the Hadith traditions. Who was her teacher, if not the Messenger of Allah? Who taught Mawlati Fatima Al-Zahra to read and write? Something is not adding up…historically, not religiously, speaking.
Historians:
In his book, in the section entitled, The Compilation of the Qur’an into a Book by ‘Ali bin Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him), Sajistani writes: ‘Abdullah quoting through Muhammad bin Isma’il Ahmasi through Ibn Fuzay through Ash’ath through Muhammad bin Sirin Tabi’i (33 – 110 AH), a resident of Basra and one of the greatest of the scholars of his age in most sciences, the author of the famous book, Ta’bir al-Ru’ya, (refer to al-A’lam Zirikli) has narrated for our benefit that when the noble Prophet (S) passed, (Imam) ‘Ali (‘a) pledged that he would not put the cloak on his shoulers except for participating in the Friday congregational prayers, until he would complete the collection and the compilation of the Glorious Qur’an in a Mushaf. After a few days, Abu Bakr sent someone to invite him [Imam ‘Ali (‘a)]. And as the Imam (‘a) visited him, Abu Bakr said: ‘O Aba al-Hasan! Are you unhappy about our authority?’ The Imam (‘a) replied: ‘By Allah that it is not so; except that I have sworn not to dress up or to leave home unless it is for participating in the Friday congregational prayers, until I complete the collection and the compilation of the Glorious Qur’an.’ He then shook hands with him and returned…And it is said that after completing its compilation he took it to the people who had gathered in the mosque. They carried it with difficulty and it is said that it was as large as a camel-load. The Imam (‘a) announced to them: ‘This is the Book of Allah EXACTLY as it was revealed to Prophet Muhammad (S) and I have compiled it between two covers…”
Proclamation:
A. Fatima Al-Zahra is the only absolute surviving legal heir of the Holy Prophet Muhammad through whom his dynasty continued.
B. Fatima Al-Zahra’s legal heirs are her biological progeny – the Children of Fatima (Banu Fatima).
C. The undisputed, undeniable possession (intellectual property) left behind by the Holy Prophet Muhammad is the book he owned, the Holy Quran, which was revealed to him by Allah.
D. The Holy Quran is the revealed intellectual property of the Holy Prophet Muhammad and belongs to him.
E. Subsequently, the Holy Quran which belongs to the Prophet Muhammad can only be legally inherited by his legal biological heir, Fatima al-Zahra. 4:54 “But We had already given the Family of Abraham the Book and Wisdom, and conferred upon them a Mighty Kingdom.” Hence, the Holy Quran is the Book of Allah, but it belongs to Muhammad b. Abdullah. After him, it is inherited and must remain in the possession of his legal biological heir Fatima al-Zahra, and it is inherited from her by her legal biological heirs.
F. All copies of the Holy Quran be returned to the legal heirs of the Holy Prophet – the Children of Fatima at once. 33:33 “And stay in your houses and do not display yourselves like that of the times of ignorance; and keep up prayer, and pay the poor-rate, and obey Allah and His Messenger. Allah surely wants to keep the sin away from you, O People of the House! And to purify you an absolute purification.”
G. All custody of copies of the Holy Quran, without it sourced, licensed and obtained from House of Fatima be deemed invalid and a finable offence.
H. To access the Holy Quran, Muslims must approach those to whom it came as legal inheritance according to its own revealed laws. 56:79 “None touch it except the purified.”
I. Khums is henceforth reinstated on the entire Ummah for the preservation of the Holy Quran and it’s legal heirs, the Children of Fatima (Banu Fatima).
J. This judgment from an imaginary mock trial with Mahdi ‘alaihi salam brought forth from the Imaginal Realm (Alam Al-Mithaal) by Sayyid Ahmed Amiruddin, is the final mock ruling on this matter as of June 2019.
K. This mock ruling is pronounced regarding the exclusive legal inheritance of Fatima al-Zahra and from her, the Children of Fatima, the Holy Quran. This mock ruling is pronounced in recognition of her absolute legal inheritance of the Holy Quran, the restoration of her right to absolutely inherit from her father the Seal of Prophets Muhammad b. Abdullah b. Abdul Mutallib al-Hashimi.
L. Furthermore, given both Shiites and Sunnites have been both unable to prove their claims beyond a undeniable, reasonable doubt for over 1400 years, both schools (by name) are henceforth suspended, as they were non-existent during the Era of the Holy Prophet and his Companions. All jurisprudence (fiqh) rulings of both schools are hereby declared legally valid and permissible to be followed by all Muslims, without limiting or binding them to the previously stated name of the school. Hence, Muslims are free to follow any of the rulings they feel are easiest to implement in their personal lives, and there is no blame of them for such, a former Shiite may follow what were formerly known as Sunnite rulings, and a former Sunnite may follow what were previously known as Shiite rulings.
M. This mock court recognizes the invention of the office of the caliphate after the Rashidun Era as nothing more than an absolute claim to inherit the Holy Quran, the sole legal inheritance of Fatima al-Zahra and her family and biological progeny – the Children of Fatima, and it declares the suspension of the office of the caliphate in 1924 to be valid, and rules it’s suspension be upheld. It also rules the office to be permanently abolished at once, declared illegal and invalid, except for in its Quranic sense, biological succession, Fatima al-Zahra and her biological descendants (Banu Fatima) in matters of the inheritance of the Holy Quran.
N. The biological descendants of Fatima al-Zahra be allowed to appoint among themselves a leader, Imam, whose leadership is acceptable to them, is not dependent on political and territorial authority, and who will enrich them with happiness here and hereafter.
1:124 “When Abraham was tested by his Lord in certain matters and completed it (with success), (it was) said (unto him): “I shall raise ye as Leader of Mankind.” (Abraham said): “And from my descendants too?” (Allah) said, “My Promise shall not be for evil doers.”
37:180 “Glory be to your Lord, the Lord of Honor,
above what they describe.
And peace be on the Apostles.
And all praise is due to Allah,
the Lord of the worlds.”
